Return Policy -
We do not have a return policy unless the product received is damaged and you have a full shot video of unboxing of the packaging where the damaged product is clearly visible. In case you have the said video, we will accept the return and send you a fresh piece of the same or in case of unavailability , you will get the refund.
Refund Policy -
We do refunds only if the product you returned (refer to return policy) is not replaceable due to unavailability.
Cancellation Policy -
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours or before dispatched message of the order placed. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Reach us to gocoverful@gmail.com to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the products get shipped.
